Emma: My favorite winter drink is a classic Irish coffee! Because you can’t go wrong with coffee, whiskey, and a dollop of whipped cream!
1 cup freshly brewed hot coffee
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 oz. (or 3 tbsp.) Irish Whiskey
Preheat your mug, then fill it with coffee
Add brown sugar & stir until completely dissolved
Blend in Irish whiskey
Top with whipped cream

Jamie: I like an Espresso Martini, but with tequila instead of Vodka. This warms me up!
Espresso XO Martini
2 oz. Patron Café XO
1 oz. Baileys or Kahlua
Chilled espresso (canned Starbucks espresso shots work great)
Shake everything together in a shaker until cold & frothy (or stir ferociously)
Serve in a classic martini glass
Optional: sprinkle some ground cinnamon on top & add a cinnamon stick for presentation
Amanda: A Muddy Waters. Got introduced to it in New Orleans.
1/2 Café Patron
Serve over ice
Lisa: Lately I like Bloody Maria's with blue cheese stuffed olives and extra horseradish 😊
2 oz. tequila
4 oz oz. tomato juice
3-5 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1 oz. lemon juice

Pour into glass over ice
Garnish to your liking
Becca: I like hot chocolate with Baileys and a looooot of marshmallows! It’s nice to curl up with this and a blanket after being outside in this cold!
Baileys Hot Chocolate
2 oz. Baileys
1 cup hot chocolate
Marshmallows or whipped cream
Chocolate syrup (optional)
Prepare hot cocoa and pour into a mug
Stir in Baileys Original Irish Cream
